Saigon is a city we know and love for its frenetic energy, friendly people, great shopping and wealth of cultural and historical sights.

Days 1–2: Saigon is a city known for its energy, friendly people, great shopping and historical sites. On arrival, transfer to your hotel to meet your tour guide. Enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine at one of Saigon’s great restaurants. The next morning take a guided stroll along Dong Khoi Street, visit the Reunification Palace and War Remnants Museum, then sample Vietnam’s famous pho (noodle soup). You will then venture to the Cu Chi tunnel complex – an amazing network of tunnels that was a hiding place for Viet Cong guerilla fighters during the French and Vietnam wars.

Days 3–5: Experience the wonders of the Mekong Delta. Cruise on the river, try some tropical fruits and the local specialty – elephant ear fish. See Saigon come to life on a dawn visit to the bustling Binh Tay Market in Cholon, Saigon’s Chinatown, before a free afternoon then a tasty farewell dinner. Your Saigon experience ends with your airport transfer.
