Day 1: Travel south into the heart of the Mekong Delta via a unique Cao Dai Temple. Arrive at Cai Be Port and board your boat for your first look at delta life. Visit a local coconut candy workshop then continue along the narrow waterways, stopping to admire the mpressive
architecture of a century-old house. Stop for lunch with a local family and visit a nursery before reaching Can Tho. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy a late afternoon walking tour including a visit to the bustling local market and the riverside Central Tourist Market.
Finish the day with a cocktail by the river after a memorable day of exploration.

Day 2: Board your boat for a visit to the fascinating floating market at Cai Rang. See local farmers trading their produce on the water as they have done for centuries. Continue on to a fruit orchard and sample some produce, then enjoy a relaxing walk through the village of Binh Thuy. where you can sample some of the tropical fruits grown in this region and try some local tea. You will then enjoy a relaxing walk through the local village of Binh Thuy where you will get a real taste of a village along one of the smaller Mekong canals. Visit the Khmer Temple, Pothisomrom, in the town of O Mon, which also serves as a Buddhist academy. It is unlike any other temple in Vietnam and offers a great opportunity to learn more about the long history between Vietnam and Cambodia. Arrive back at your hotel in time for lunch and spend the afternoon at your leisure.
