Brief Itinerary:

Day 1 – Travel overland to Vang Vieng in a private vehicle through some beautiful rural and mountainous scenery and visit the amazing Than Chang cave in Vang Vieng on the beautiful Nam Song River.

Day 2 – After some free time in the morning travel overland to Vientiane with the opportunity to stop at villages and markets before arriving in the capital to watch the sunset over the Mekong.
